Rental Policy

Are you interested in renting snowmobiles or taking a guided snow tour? For your convenience, we have listed out the items and information you will need in order to rent snowmobiles from White Lake Snow Tours.

Please read the following information carefully. If you have any questions about our snowmobile rental policy, contact us for further explanation.

Reservations, Final Payment, and Security Deposit
» A valid driver’s license
» A valid credit card
» $500 security deposit (for deductible) to be held on credit card
» Half price of snowmobile rental due at time of booking, balance due on the day of rental

Optional Collision Policy
» $30 per day, per snowmobile rental, $1000 deductible.

Renter Qualifications
» Must have a valid driver’s license
» Must be 18 years of age to drive snowmobile alone, unless on guided tour with Parent or Guardian.
» Must sign rental agreement.

Pick-up and Drop-off Times
» Snowmobile will be available for pick-up at 9am
» Snowmobiles MUST be returned by 5pm on the last day of rental. A $100. late charge will be assessed per every hour.

Payment Methods
» Cash, Master Card, Visa and American Express
» Prices do not include sales tax, which is 8.75% in Oneida County

» 7-14 days, full refund, minus a 20% processing fee.
» 0-7 days, no refund, unless we are able to rent the sleds out to others
» “No Snow, No Go” Guarantee: If there is no snow on the day of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded immediately, minus a 20% processing fee which can be credited to future reservations.

»Machines will be inspected with you prior to rental.
»The renter is responsible for all damages caused to the snowmobile during the snowmobile rental period
